Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of LPNs, RNs and CNAs to provide patient care on weekends.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans meeting each patient's needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement facility-wide policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure resources needed to succeed.
• Monitor and address concerns that arise during your shift.
