Qualifications

• Two years RN experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or nursing-licensing equivalency.
• BLS HealthCare Provider certification and RN license in applicable state(s).

Responsibilities

• Assigns and directs nursing and support staff during shift.
• Serves as a resource to staff and monitors patient flow.
• Leads incident command for disasters as needed.
• Evaluates patient care effectiveness and addresses issues.
• Supports hiring, training, and staff development.
