Guthrie's Robert Packer Hospital seeks a House Supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of managers, guiding safe patient care, throughput, and staffing. The role supports Mission, Vision, and Values while coordinating crisis management and emergency response.

Requires RN with five years' experience, BSN preferred, Pennsylvania RN license, BLS, ACLS preferred. The supervisor leads staffing and communication across units and ensures regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Five years RN experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication required.
• Experience in high acuity settings with strong clinical judgement.

• Provide leadership to promote safe, effective, and efficient care.
