Job summary

University Health & Rehabilitation Center in Durham, NC is seeking an RN House Weekend Supervisor for 7a-3p and 3p-11p on Friday through Sunday to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality care.

As RN House Supervisor you will oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, conduct health assessments, and assist in training new staff while responding to emergencies and maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in North Carolina is required.
• Proven leadership abilities with teamwork-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Regularly assess residents’ health status and update care plans.
• Serve as a resource, guiding and supporting nursing staff.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
• Handle emergencies during shifts according to established protocols.
• Perform other duties to maintain exceptional resident care.
