Raleigh Court Health & Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke, VA is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor for our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

The Day shift RN House Supervisor oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence, reviews staffing, completes patient rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers and discharges, and helps orient evening/night staff. Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN with at least 3 years in an acute setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN required.
• Three years of nursing experience in an acute setting.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a hospital or SNF environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing department in DON's absence.
• Reviews staffing at shift changes and assigns/replaces staff.
• Completes patient care rounds and coordinates admissions/transfers/discharges.
• Assists in orientation of evening and night shift employees.
• Supervises and evaluates evening/night shift staff.
