Job summary

Raleigh Court Health & Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke is seeking an RN House Supervisor for our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The role oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence and coordinates admissions, transfers, discharges and documentation.

Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN with at least 3 years of experience in an acute setting. A caring, energetic approach and ability to supervise evening/night shifts are important to the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with at least 3 years of nursing experience in an acute setting.
• Oversees nursing department in the DON's absence.
• Experience supervising evening and night shift is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reviews staffing at shift changes and assigns staff.
