Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team on a part-time 16-hour weekend shift (Sat 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Sun 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

In this role you will monitor and document medication administration, coordinate medical care, lead health and wellness activities, support WRAP and safety planning, and complete clinical documentation in a 10-bed CCS unit that serves as a stable, recovery-oriented option outside

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree).
Current RN license issued by Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
One year of experience in acute mental health or co-occurring disorders setting preferred.
Familiarity with recovery-oriented treatment approaches preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and document clients' self-administration of medications with safe practices.
Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with staff as needed.
Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities that support recovery.
Deliver strength-based, solution-focused nursing interventions and assist in WRAP and safety plans.
Complete assigned clinical documentation and participate in required trainings.
