Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team on a part-time night shift. This role provides specialized nursing care in a 10-bed crisis stabilization unit serving adults in mental health crisis.

Hours are Friday and Saturday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree and MA RN license, with strong independent judgment and a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor’s).
Current RN license issued by MA Board of Registration in Nursing.
Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment.
One year of acute mental health or co-occurring disorders experience preferred.
Familiarity with recovery-oriented treatment approaches preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and document clients' self-administration of medications with safe practices.
Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with staff.
Facilitate health and wellness groups promoting recovery and well-being.
Deliver strength-based, solution-focused nursing interventions and WRAP/safety plans.
Complete clinical documentation and required trainings.
