Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Community Crisis Stabilization team. The CCS program provides short-term stabilization for adults in a 24-hour crisis setting.

This part-time 16-hour weekend role includes shift differentials and opportunities to contribute to recovery-focused care in a supportive, community-based environment. Compensation is based on experience and licenses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/ Bachelor’s degree).
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• One year of experience in an acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders setting preferred.
• Familiarity with recovery oriented treatment approaches for individuals with severe mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document clients' self-administration of medications and ensure safe practices.
• Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with staff as needed.
• Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities promoting recovery and well-being.
• Deliver strength-based, solution-focused nursing interventions and support WRAP and safety planning.
• Complete clinical documentation and participate in required trainings to support high-quality care.
