Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Registered Nurses to join as independent contractors serving U.S. military service members in Arizona, primarily on weekends with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program.

Work is on an as-needed basis for various reserve components. Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, CPR/BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of RN experience with an unrestricted license.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in US.
• Resilience, strong communication, and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments for military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to identify medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results in the military readiness record.
