Job summary

• Requires Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health, when needed.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record.
