Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor RN (7W) to support planning, coordination, and evaluation of operations and patient care. You will act as a clinical resource for staff and patients, and step in as a staff nurse as needed while assuming delegated managerial duties.

The role requires a Missouri RN license (or compact) and 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience, with BLS certification or within 30 days of hire. A BSN is preferred; remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri or compact license, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform duties as staff nurse in the department as needed and assume managerial duties delegated by a manager.
