Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO, is hiring a Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor (RN) for 7W, nights, 24 hours per week. This role provides leadership in the designated unit while delivering patient care as needed.

You will collaborate with staff, coordinate care, and participate in planning, evaluation, and change initiatives, guided by Mercy’s mission, values, and standards. Required nursing education, MO RN license, 3–5 years hospital experience, and BLS; BSN preferred; manage duties

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with ADN, diploma, or BSN.
• Missouri RN license or compact licensure in accordance with state regs.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy's mission, values and standards.
