AccentCare Inc is seeking an RN Weekend Baylor Case Manager for Home Health in Austin. This full-time role covers South Austin with a Friday-Sunday schedule and a salary range of $83,000 to $102,000 annually, plus a $10,000 bonus.

This position requires an active Texas RN license, CPR certification, and OASIS experience, with travel to multiple locations in the area. The RN Weekend Baylor ensures quality patient care by following the Patient Care Plan, leading CHHAs and CNAs, performing

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state
• One (1) year experience as an RN
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification while employed in a clinical role

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and implement care plan
• Promote and maintain optimal client care; diagnose and treat health problems
• Make initial nursing evaluation visit
• Re-evaluate client needs as required
• Initiate and revise plan of care as needed
• Teach and supervise clinical personnel and document care
