Job summary
AccentCare is seeking an RN Weekend - Baylor to deliver quality home health care in the Humble area. This full-time role covers NE Houston and nearby locations with a Fri-Sun schedule and a salary range from $83,000 to $102,000.
The RN will direct CHHAs and CNAs, assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, and ensure adherence to care protocols for pediatric to geriatric patients. Travel to multiple offices may be required, with benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing.
- Must be licensed to practice as an RN in the state of operation.
- CPR certification required.
- 1 year RN experience preferred.
- Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license and be able to travel to all locations.
- Geriatric Home Health and OASIS experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess nursing needs and implement the patient care plan; evaluate and modify as needed.
- Promote and maintain optimal client care; diagnose and treat health problems.
- Make the initial nursing evaluation visit and reassess as required.
- Initiate and revise the plan of care; coordinate healthcare providers.
- Supervise clinical personnel and provide instruction where needed.
- Inform physicians of changes in patient condition and needs.
