Apploi is seeking a Weekend RN Baylor Supervisor in Bristol, Rhode Island. The role focuses on clinical leadership and oversight for weekend nursing teams, with Saturdays and Sundays 7am-11pm and on-call coverage.

Formación

• Current RN license in Rhode Island.
• Supervisory and/or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Assist with clinical oversight, admissions, assessments, and resident care needs.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond to clinical and operational issues as needed.
