Nursing Home in the East Bay Area is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support for our nursing staff. This role focuses on weekend operations and maintaining high-quality resident care in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is a confident clinician, team-oriented leader, and skilled communicator who is committed to delivering high-quality resident care and maintaining regulatory standards.
• Current RN license in Rhode Island
• Supervisory and/or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Assist with clinical oversight, admissions, assessments, and resident care needs
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Respond to clinical and operational issues as needed

Weekend RN Supervisor

$7,500 Sign on Bonus
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 7am-7pm with On-call
Location: East Bay Area
