Job summary

Regalcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Baylor weekend position, working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every weekend in a short- and long-term care setting.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervise nursing staff during day shifts, and serve as primary resource for assessments and decision-making while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Active RN license in good standing is required; weekend commitment and long-term care experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to commit to every weekend.
• Long-term care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the day shift.
