Job summary

AuthoraCare Collective in Greensboro, NC seeks an RN for our After-hours department. This part-time role covers every other Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am–7:30pm, delivering home health care in the Greensboro service area and collaborating with physicians and the care team.

You will assess patient and caregiver needs, establish nursing goals, implement interventions, document outcomes, and provide emotional support and teaching.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must hold a North Carolina RN license in good standing.
• One year of experience in acute, hospice, home health or long-term care.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient/caregiver problems and set care goals.
• Identify and implement interventions for agency programs.
• Document care outcomes and collaborate with physicians.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships and provide emotional support and teaching.
