Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. The successful candidate must hold a Tennessee RRT or CRT license, be BLS certified, and be able to evaluate and treat residents independently in a geriatric rehabilitation setting.

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments and implements respiratory techniques in geriatric rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Bedside treatments and in-services for nursing staff quarterly.
• Documentation on daily/weekly/monthly basis and participate in IDT meetings.
• Experience with tracheostomy and long-term care settings.
