Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join a skilled nursing team focused on geriatric care. The RT will evaluate and treat residents independently, with a passion for improving their rehab experience.

The role requires COARC-accredited education and state licensure (RRT/CRT), plus BLS. Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays with 4–6 hour shifts, potentially up to 8 hours per shift based on caseload.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT in the practicing state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and implement respiratory techniques for rehab patients with various respiratory and non-respiratory conditions.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Deliver bedside treatments and document daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
