Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Hendersonville, TN seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. The RT must be licensed (RRT/CRT) and able to evaluate and treat independently, with a focus on geriatric patients.

Responsibilities include bedside treatments, equipment management, and comprehensive documentation. Prior long-term care experience is preferred; adherence to facility policies is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice (RRT/CRT).
• Graduate of COARC-accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and implement respiratory techniques for geriatric patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Provide bedside respiratory treatments and in-services for nursing staff.
• Attend IDT meetings and document daily, weekly, and monthly notes.
• Manage caseload and perform airway clearance and related therapies as needed.
