Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Millersville, TN is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our geriatric-focused team. The RT will perform assessments, initiate therapies, and manage respiratory care with independence and adherence to facility policies.

The role involves bedside treatments, documentation, and collaboration with IDT meetings to continually improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT.
• Licensed in the state in which practicing.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments and implements respiratory techniques for rehab patients with various respiratory and non-respiratory illnesses.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Provide bedside treatments and quarterly in-services for nursing staff.
