Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and implement therapy to rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, maintain records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Deliver bedside treatments to residents.
• Provide in-services for nursing staff quarterly.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly documentation.
• Attend applicable IDT meetings.
• Handle patient care issues including tracheotomy when needed.
• Experience in long-term care settings.
• Follow facility procedures and protocols.
• Track, audit and manage caseloads.
• Perform related duties as required.
