Job summary

Pruitthealth Corporation is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors in an assisted living community. You will deliver exceptional service and handle basic administrative tasks to support a welcoming, safe environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; HIPAA awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, guests, and staff warmly and professionally.
• Manage front desk operations including phones, inquiries, and directing calls.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
• Assist residents with transportation scheduling, reminders, and information.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and dining to ensure timely service.
• Maintain logs for visits, deliveries, and resident requests.
• Support event coordination and community programming as needed.
• Respond calmly to emergencies per facility protocols.
• Uphold confidentiality and resident privacy at all times.
