Job summary

PruittHealth in Georgia is seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors. You will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to foster a welcoming, safe environment that enhances residents’ quality of life in an assisted living community.

You will greet people, manage front desk operations, monitor access, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally.
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
  • Assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling, appointment reminders, and general information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping, dining).
  • Maintain accurate logs and records (e.g., visitor sign-in, package deliveries, resident requests).
  • Support event coordination and community programming as needed.
  • Respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocols.
  • Uphold confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all time.
