Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Relief Cook to cover Saturdays and Sundays in our scratch-based kitchen. You’ll prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, creating meals that are safely cooked, visually appealing, and portioned to resident preferences.

You’ll also build positive relationships with residents, guests, and teammates to create a welcoming atmosphere. As part of our weekend crew, you’ll participate in opening and closing tasks, keep stations stocked, and uphold sanitary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work every Saturday and Sunday, at least 8 hours per day.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes by cooking a wide variety of proteins and vegetables.
• Engage in continuous improvement by contributing ideas during meetings and maintaining coverage during meal hours.
• Complete all opening and closing tasks for each shift, including setup and shutdown, with teamwork to maintain a clean kitchen.
• Keep stations stocked and organized with fresh pantry items and proper refrigeration.
• Ensure a sanitary kitchen by cleaning areas and monitoring temperatures.
