Ernest Health is seeking a Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison for a full-time role in Lubbock, Texas. The position focuses on evaluating patients, supporting referral-to-admission growth, and communicating the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners.

The role emphasizes clinical expertise, relationship-building in the territory, and business development. A valid clinical license (RN, LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT) is required, with travel to regional partners as needed.

Qualifications

• RN, PT, OT, or RT licensure required.
• Experience promoting programs and services in medical settings.
• Ability to build relationships in an assigned territory using clinical and selling skills.
• Patient advocate supporting referral-to-admission processes.
• Strong clinical skills with a drive for business development.
• ICF/IRF criteria and medical necessity knowledge.
• Clear, confident communication and relationship-building.
