Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison for a full-time role in Lubbock, Texas. The position combines clinical expertise with relationship-building to evaluate patients, determine admission criteria, and support referral-to-admission growth.

The role requires active licensure (RN, LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT), strong communication, and the ability to travel regionally. A marketing-focused clinical background is preferred, with a plan to promote inpatient rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist).
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experience preferred).
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine if they meet admissions criteria.
• Prepare development plans, conduct calls, and present to potential referral sources.
• Integrate the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Fulltime- Lubbock, Texas

We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

In this high-impact role, you will combine your clinical expertise with relationship building and business development skills to evaluate patients, determine admission criteria, support referral-to-admission growth, and clearly communicate the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners.

What you bring:

One of the following licenses is required, RN, PT, OT, or RT.

• Experience working in the medical environment promoting programs and services.
• Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills.
• Passionate patient advocate assisting in the referral to admission process.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
• Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).
