Job summary

Ernest Health in New Braunfels, Texas is seeking a Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison for Fri–Mon, a full-time role focused on evaluating patients for admission and building relationships with referral sources. You will combine clinical expertise with business development to promote inpatient rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate holds a current clinical license (RN/ LVN/LPN/OT/PT/RT) and demonstrates strong communication, travel readiness, and proficiency with data and documentation.

Qualifications

Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Fulltime- New Braunfels, Texas

We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

In this high-impact role, you will combine your clinical expertise with relationship building and business development skills to evaluate patients, determine admission criteria, support referral-to-admission growth, and clearly communicate the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners.

What you bring

One of the following licenses is required, RN, PT, OT, or RT.

• Experience working in the medical environment promoting programs and services.
• Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
• Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).

• Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations.
