Job summary

Ernest Health in New Braunfels, Texas is seeking a Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison for Fri–Mon, a full-time role focused on evaluating patients for admission and building relationships with referral sources. You will combine clinical expertise with business development to promote inpatient rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate holds a current clinical license (RN/ LVN/LPN/OT/PT/RT) and demonstrates strong communication, travel readiness, and proficiency with data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure required (RN/LVN/LPN/OT/PT/RT).
• Ability to build strong relationships in territory using clinical and selling skills.
• Passionate patient advocate assisting in referral to admission process.
• Strong clinical skills with a mindset for business development.
• Knowledge of IRF criteria & medical necessity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine admission criteria.
• Develop plans, conduct calls, and present to referral sources.
• Communicate the hospital value to referral partners.
