Ernest Health is seeking a Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison for a full-time role in Lubbock, Texas. The position focuses on evaluating patients, supporting referral-to-admission growth, and communicating the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners.

The role emphasizes clinical expertise, relationship-building in the territory, and business development. A valid clinical license (RN, LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT) is required, with travel to regional partners as needed.

Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Fulltime- Lubbock, Texas

We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time Weekend Marketing Clinical Liaison- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

In this high-impact role, you will combine your clinical expertise with relationship building and business development skills to evaluate patients, determine admission criteria, support referral-to-admission growth, and clearly communicate the value of inpatient rehabilitation to referral partners.

What you bring:

One of the following licenses is required, RN, PT, OT, or RT.

• Experience working in the medical environment promoting programs and services.
• Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
• Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations.
