Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) in New Jersey. In this role you will supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, and partner with care teams to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

You will oversee daily clinical operations and mentor staff to uphold standards in a long-term care and rehab setting. The position offers weekend-only scheduling with compensation up to $47 per hour and opportunities for growth within Complete Care.

Qualifications

Active NJ RN license
Leadership experience
Skilled in long-term care, rehabilitation, and SNF
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
