Job summary
Complete Care is seeking a RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor for a 12-hour shift (7 AM–7 PM), every other weekend. This role requires active NJ RN licensure with leadership experience in a long-term care setting and hands-on supervision of CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
The Weekend Supervisor will partner with care teams, oversee daily clinical operations, and drive high-quality resident outcomes. Strong communication and problem-solving are a must, with reliability and dedication valued deeply.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active NJ RN license with leadership experience in long-term care.
- Minimum weekend supervisory experience in a clinical setting required.
- PCC experience is required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Reliable, dedicated, and hardworking.
