Job summary
Complete Care at Brakeley Park in Phillipsburg, New Jersey is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead our clinical team and ensure outstanding care for residents on weekends. You will supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, coordinate daily clinical operations, and partner with care teams to achieve excellent outcomes in a warm, compassionate setting.
Requirements include an active New Jersey RN license and leadership experience in long-term care, rehab, or SNFs.

As a Nurse Supervisor (RN) with our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), partnering with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes, and overseeing daily clinical operations.
- Active NJ RN license
- Leadership experience
- Skilled in long-term care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities (SNF)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Active NJ RN license + leadership experience
