Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend clinical teams. The role involves supervising CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, coordinating with care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes, and overseeing daily clinical operations.

The position requires an Active NJ RN license with extensive leadership and nurse supervisory experience in a long-term care setting, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
