Tattnall Health Center is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee weekend operations in short term rehabilitation and long-term care. The role involves leadership of nursing staff, care plan implementation, and ensuring high-quality patient care under the Director of Nursing.

Applicants should hold an active RN license in the practicing state, possess strong assessment skills, and have experience in geriatric or rehabilitative settings with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

TATTNALL HEALTH CENTER is hiring a RN WEEKEND SUPERVISOR to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent RN Weekend Supervisor utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of Nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, unit level and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. Must have a current Registered Nurse License issued in the state where the person will practice, and the candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
2. Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are also required.
3. Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing and experience in supervisory capacity are preferred.
