Folkston Park Care and Rehab is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing staff in short term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

Under the Director of Nursing supervision, the RN will develop care plans, assess patients, and ensure high-quality care while guiding a nursing team during weekend shifts.

Competenze

• Must have RN license in the state where practicing and be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles.
• Geriatric or rehabilitative nursing experience and supervisory experience are preferred.

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a RN WEEKEND SUPERVISOR to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent RN Weekend Supervisor utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of Nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, unit level and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. Must have a current Registered Nurse License issued in the state where the person will practice, and the candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
2. Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are also required.
3. Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing and experience in supervisory capacity are preferred.
