Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license issued in the practicing state and be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Strong physical assessment skills and solid knowledge of nursing principles.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on weekend shifts and oversee daily unit operations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in orientation and training of nursing personnel and support leadership responsibilities.
