Bryant Health and Rehab in Georgia is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead the nursing team in short-term rehab and long-term care settings. Under the Director of Nursing, you will oversee care plans, patient assessments, and shift operations.

This role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence in geriatric care, and supervision of Nursing staff, with responsibilities for orientation and daily unit operations during weekend shifts.

Competenze

• Must hold an RN license in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing preferred.
• Experience in supervisory capacity preferred.

Bryant Health and Rehab is hiring a RN WEEKEND SUPERVISOR to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent RN Weekend Supervisor utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of Nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, unit level and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a current Registered Nurse License issued in the state where the person will practice, and the candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are also required.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing and experience in supervisory capacity are preferred.
