AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities at our Edison, NJ facility during assigned shifts. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and report to the Director of Nursing Services.

The role requires supervising experience, a valid NJ RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS certification. Competitive benefits and a supportive in-house Talent Acquisition team are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must hold an active, unencumbered RN license for New Jersey.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting.
• Minimum 12 months training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• BLS Certification required.

AristaCare is seeking for an RN Supervisor responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Available Shift: 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11am every weekend

Requirements:
