Job summary

AristaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities at our facility. This role carries administrative authority and accountability to ensure the highest quality of care, in line with federal, state, and local standards, under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care facility.
• Must have 12 months of training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Provide administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability as Nurse Supervisor for assigned duties.

Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As Nurse Supervisor you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Every Other Weekend 11PM-7AM, Every Other Friday
