Job summary

AristaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities at our Cherry Hill, New Jersey facility. The supervisor will ensure care quality in line with federal, state, and local standards under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.

This on-site role offers weekend shifts (7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM) with competitive rates, a 401(k) plan, health benefits, and paid time off. Location: 1399 Chapel Ave, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have, as a minimum, 2 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have, as a minimum, 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during shift to ensure high-quality care.
• Provide administrative leadership and accountability per facility policies and directives from the Director of Nursing Services.
