AristaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty. You will ensure supervision aligns with federal, state, and local standards and regulations, and you will have administrative authority for your duties.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have, as a minimum, 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have, as a minimum, 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As NurseSupervisoryou are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
