Job summary

Trinity Health At Home – Muskegon is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. Hours are Thursday–Saturday and/or Saturday–Monday with 3 twelve-hour shifts, offering predictable schedules and a supportive nurse-led leadership team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Michigan.
• Minimum of one year professional RN experience.
• Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
• Home health or Hospice experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience.

• Home health or Hospice experience is a plus
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
