Trinity Health At Home – Muskegon is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You’ll develop individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and support recovery and independence.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience.
• Medical Surgical Experience preferred
• Home health or Hospice experience is a plus
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
