Trinity Health At Home – Muskegon in Michigan seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing in patients' homes, develop individualized care plans, administer medications and educate patients and families.

This role offers top of license practice with autonomy, a stable schedule (Saturday–Monday 3 twelve-hour shifts), comprehensive benefits from Day One, and ample opportunities for career growth within a faith-based, not-for-profit home care organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Michigan.
• Minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience.
• Medical Surgical Experience preferred.
• Home health or Hospice experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
