Qualifications

• CPR-First Aid certification required.
• Overdose prevention/Narcan training required.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and residential program operations.
• Strong communication and trauma-informed approach.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents and support daily activities in the Crozier House program.
• Ensure program policies and procedures are followed.
• Help sustain a recovery-focused milieu and community culture.
