Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a Recovery Specialist for the Women's Recovery Program in Leominster, MA. The role involves guiding residents, supervising daily activities, and ensuring adherence to program policies.

You will document medication administration, provide counseling, and participate in staff trainings to support a trauma-informed, gender-responsive recovery environment.

Qualifications

• Willing to become First Aid/CPR certified and trained in overdose prevention/Narcan.
• Knowledge of human services with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise daily schedules of Women’s Recovery Program and residents.
• Monitor medications and document intake and MAT/pain meds.
• Act as counselor, lecturer, and group leader in the program.
