Job summary

Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking an Overnight Recovery Specialist to support residents at Crozier House in Worcester, MA. You will guide daily activities, uphold program policies, and help sustain a culture of recovery on a Sunday–Thursday overnight schedule.

The role requires CPR-First Aid and Narcan training, with a strong background in human services and substance use disorders. Participation in a recovery program is expected, and benefits are included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• CPR-First Aid certification is required.
• Overdose prevention/Narcan training is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge in human services and substance use disorders.
• Understanding of residential community model and recovery principles.
• Solid foundation in sobriety and active participation in a recovery program.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to Crozier House residents.
• Oversee daily activities to ensure program conformance and fidelity.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the program milieu and recovery culture.
• Participate in weekend/overnight shifts as assigned.
